Chelsea agrees fee with Leicester city and Arsenal
The west London outfit seems to get busy in the transfer market as the curtain is about to be drawn finally on Thursday night

Conte having pointed his intentions to fortify his midfield options will have the English man compete and partner with Cesc Fabregas , Tiemoue Bakayoko and N’Golo Kante.

The England international is expected to compete with Nigerian international Victor Moses at right wing back , to further fortify the squad going into the champions league. These deals are expected to be completed on or before Thursday midnight going into the international duties.
